Parker Family made a big splash at this year’s Riverfest Food and Music Festival! Thanks to the TD Charitable Foundation for outstanding support of the Parker Family Health Center diabetes management program! Since 2010, the TD Charitable Foundation has provided $12,000 in much needed funds for diabetes care at the clinic, most recently with a $2,500 grant.
