Caring for the health and
well-being of our neighbors for over 23 years

This year will mark Parker's twenty-fourth anniversary of caring for Monmouth County’s uninsured. Having maximized every available inch of space, Parker embarked on a capital campaign for a long overdue and much-needed expansion and renovation. A two-story addition is adding exam rooms, a phlebotomy area, and private spaces for counseling, intakes, and telehealth. The renovation of the existing facility will add a multipurpose space that will benefit patients, the organization, and the community.

Patient numbers continue to grow as do the number of volunteers who support the Parker mission. With new leadership, Parker has enhanced existing programs, modernized its technologies, and added significant services. The clinic remains open throughout this extensive undertaking and we look forward to its completion in early spring.

Over 400 people attended the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County’s 35th Annual Commemoration honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Special awards were presented to Essay Contest Winners Anika Ajgaonkar and Madelyn Sanchez-Berra, the YMCA Social Responsibility Award to Ritesh and Asha Shah, the YMCA Togetherhoood Champion Award to Kelly-Ellis Foster, and the YMCA MLK Human Dignity Award to Suzy Dyer. Congratulations to Parker’s Executive Director for being honored with this prestigious award!
