Red Bank Senior Center Hosts Heart Healthy Presentation with Parker Center Volunteer Dr. Vivian Kominos

A heartfelt thank you to Dr. Vivian Kominos—one of our most dedicated cardiologist volunteers for over seven years—for joining us through the Mayor’s Wellness Campaign to share her expertise on Blue Zones and heart-healthy living. Her engaging talk offered valuable insights into how small, lifestyle-based changes can lead to longer, healthier lives.

We’re also grateful to the Red Bank Senior Center for hosting this wonderful community event and to CPC Integrated Health for connecting attendees with important information about their programs and support services.

Parker was also on hand providing free blood pressure screenings during the program—an important step in helping individuals stay informed about their heart health.
